5. Refunds & Cancellation
No Refund Policy: All purchases and payments made for products, services, or subscriptions via our Platform are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or in narrowly defined exceptional circumstances (for example, duplicate charges due to a technical error). By completing any purchase you acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
